MKAY sets a poignant, mellow vibrancy for his first half of the freestyle, mentioning his early upbringing and some of his negative experiences. The second half of the freestyle transitions into an upbeat, bouncy tone and highlights his incredible lyrical ability.
His wordplay, which is complemented by a vigorous rhythm, is fun to hear and hopefully he uses this momentum to stay consistent in dropping more quality music.
